Shipping Policy
Shipping Information
Domestic and International shipping are available. Flat-rate shipping is available insured or uninsured through USPS. FedEx Shipping is available for international, overnight, and priority shipping*. Shipping is chosen at checkout and will be shipped accordingly. Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking code through Sierra & Sage notification for you to use at your discretion. In-Store Pick-Up can also be selected if you are local to Reno, NV.

Get your order within 1-2 days with Insured USPS Priority Mail Express - $30
Get your order within 1-2 days with Uninsured USPS Priority Mail Express - $26
Get your order within 2-4 days with Insured USPS Priority Mail - $20
Get your order within 2-4 days with FedEx Express - $20
Get your order within 2-4 days with Uninsured USPS Priority Mail - $10
*FedEx does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. Any overnight orders placed on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday.
Shipping Guidelines
Orders placed before 12:00PM PST Monday-Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST Monday-Friday will ship within two business days.
In-Store Pick-Up Guidelines
If you are placing an order for In-Store Pick-Up, please wait for a member of our team to reach out and confirm when your order will be available for pickup. We will provide instructions on where to pick up your order and provide you with a pickup time. Pick-ups are generally at our Headquarters at 300 S Wells, Suite 4, or at our sister salon, Atelier Beauty Bar, Suite 1 (after hours & Saturdays*).
*Any pick-up orders placed outside of business hours (Saturday-Sunday/Holidays) will be fulfilled the following business day.
Please note, we will pack your order as soon as possible, and if you need a specific pickup time, we ask that you message us to confirm our availability.

Our shipping department is closed Saturday & Sunday as well as all major US Holidays.
Shipping Liability
USPS and FedEx often experience shipping delays. Sierra & Sage is not responsible for delayed packages. It is the buyer's responsibility to inquire with the appropriate shipping party regarding tracking updates. In the event an order is needed in a shorter timeframe, we highly recommend using FedEx for a more reliable delivery.
International Shipping
Please note that Sierra & Sage is not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance process, and we strongly recommend you provide a preferred contact number for all international orders.
For international orders, please be aware that when your package is delivered to your destination country, duties, customs or taxes may apply. These fees are the buyer's responsibility, are not included in the shipping selected at checkout, and Sierra & Sage is not responsible for these fees. Duties, customs and taxes vary depending on the country and state of the shipping address. Please contact your local customs offices if you have questions regarding applicable duties, customs or taxes applied to you.
Insured Packages
To ensure your package, please select "Insured-USPS Priority Mail" or "Insured-USPS Priority Mail Express" at check-out. Packages that are shipped insured are guaranteed. This means that if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, Sierra & Sage will replace its contents at no additional cost to you.
If you choose to ship uninsured, you assume all liability. Uninsured packages will not be replaced under any circumstances.
