Domestic and International shipping available. Shipping options are available via FedEx and USPS with various delivery timelines. If you choose an uninsured shipping method at checkout, you assume all liability if your package is lost or damaged. You can also choose pick up in store for pickup in our Reno, NV warehouse.

Orders placed before 12:00PM PST Monday-Friday will ship the following business day. Orders placed after 12:00PM PST Monday-Friday will ship within two business days. Our shipping department is closed Saturday & Sunday as well as all major holidays.

USPS is experiencing frequent shipping delays. Sierra & Sage is not responsible for delayed packages.

Returns & Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and unaltered.Returns & Refunds will be processed when the returned items are received in our warehouse. Returns & Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. If you choose to receive a refund in the form of your original payment on a new (un-opened/un-used product) you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please note that Sierra & Sage is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.

We do not recommend using any form of protein (animal or plant), bond builders, alkaline dyes, sulfate, alcohol, avebenzone, or sodium laurel sulfate products on Sierra & Sage Extensions. Due to the way our hair is processed these products will cause buildup/discoloration and will result in knotting and matting. Avoid salt water and chlorine to prevent color stripping, sleep with dry hair only in a low ponytail or braid, and brush your hair 2-3 times a day to prevent tangling and breakage. 

We suggest using hydrating and moisturizing professional grade products only. A proper home care routine for Sierra & Sage Extensions includes a extension safe shampoo, conditioner, detangling spray, heat protectant, hair mask, and hair oil. If custom coloring, use acidic based color only.

Density Only: 1-3 packs

Density + Length on Thin/Fine Hair: 2-4 packs

Density + Length on Medium/Thick Hair: 4-6 packs

Tape-Ins require more packs per client due to them being 1" individual tabs that must be placed throughout the head.
