To Install, simply unscrew the outer casing. Remove and toss your old cartridge. Install your new cartridge and screw the outer casing back on.

*For optimal results, you should replace your shower filter's cartridge every 4-6 months.

If you choose an uninsured shipping method at checkout, you assume all liability if your package is lost or damaged. You can also choose pick up in store for pickup in our Reno, NV warehouse.

Returns & Refunds will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be unopened and unaltered. Returns & Refunds will be processed when the returned items are received in our warehouse. Returns & Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit. If you choose to receive a refund in the form of your original payment on a new (un-opened/un-used product) you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Please note that Sierra & Sage is not responsible for the cost of shipping returned items.
